SteadyFrame Shipping Policy

Last updated: 28th August 2026

This policy explains how we process and ship your order, what to expect in terms of timing, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

1. Where we ship to

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, and both will be shown to you at checkout before you complete your order.

2. Order processing time

Once you place an order, we typically process it within 1 to 2 business days before it's handed over for dispatch. During busier periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll do our best to keep you updated if that's the case.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimates below start once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment you place it.

3. Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks for UK deliveries, and delivery to other countries may take longer depending on your location and local customs processing. We work with a small number of specialist suppliers rather than holding our own warehouse, so delivery time can vary from product to product as well as by destination.

Where possible, we display an estimated delivery window on each product page. If you're ordering multiple items with different estimated delivery times, they may arrive separately, in different packages, rather than all together in one delivery.

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Customs, duties, and import taxes

If you're ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your own country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not something we can predict or control, and they are not included in the price you pay us at checkout.

Any such charges are your responsibility as the recipient. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office for an idea of what to expect before placing an order, particularly for higher-value items.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price of every product, so there's no separate shipping charge added at checkout. The price you see on a product page is the price you pay, wherever you're ordering from.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Not all delivery methods include real-time tracking, but you'll always be notified once your order is on its way.

7. Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with us at info.steadyframe@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you. In most cases this simply means the package is still in transit, but if it's genuinely been lost, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect delivery addresses

It's your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or fails to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.

If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info.steadyframe@gmail.com and we'll try to update it before dispatch, though we can't guarantee this once an order has already been processed.

9. Damaged items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info.steadyframe@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving it, ideally with a photo of the damage. We'll sort out a replacement or refund in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.
