SteadyFrame Terms of Service
Last updated: 28th August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of steadyframe.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
SteadyFrame is a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom, trading through steadyframe.co.uk.

Email: info.steadyframe@gmail.com
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By using the Site or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and truthful.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Products and pricing
We sell sleep, recovery, and posture support accessories. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colours, materials, and sizing may vary slightly from what's shown on the Site due to photography, lighting, and screen display differences.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and had confirmed.
Occasionally a product may be mispriced due to a technical error. If we discover this after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to let you know before dispatching your order, and you'll have the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, but it does not mean we've accepted it. A contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product turns out to be unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's an error in the price or product description. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
You can cancel or amend your order for any reason at any time before it has been dispatched. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the product and supplier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Risk in the goods (responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address you provided. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order before it's been dispatched, and to return most items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Full details, including how to start a return and how refunds are processed, are set out in our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item you receive is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy and under UK law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the SteadyFrame name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any account that isn't yours
Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access or extract data from the Site without our permission
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make it available
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you've breached these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of a product, and our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection law.
12. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we don't own or control. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites, and including a link doesn't mean we endorse them. Any use of a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in the country where you live.
